However, there may be instances where service is interrupted or specific deliverables (such as social media posts or other outputs) are missed due to factors such as staff being unwell, on leave, or facing other unforeseeable and unavoidable issues.

In such cases, the Agency and the Client agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. Potential remedies may include “over-delivery” of services in subsequent periods to compensate for any missed output. To ensure long-term service reliability, the Agency maintains strict internal protocols, including administrative reviews and HR actions (such as ‘showcause’ notices), to address the root cause of any failures and prevent future occurrences. The Client agrees to approach such instances constructively and will not hold the Agency liable or make formal accusations for occasional service interruptions or missed deliverables.

To effectively provide the VSMM service, access to the Client’s online platforms, including social media, is required by Grippersoft Digital. However, we assure the Client that access will not be misused in any way and will only be used for the specific purpose of carrying out the marketing campaign. Therefore, the Client will be requested to provide the Service Provider with the necessary credentials to access their online platforms.

Grippersoft Digital. will maintain the ad policy guidelines while running ads, PPC, and other marketing campaigns for the Client. However, sometimes ad accounts may get restricted due to policy violations by the Client or due to new algorithm updates.

If the Client can prove that an ad account restriction occurred due to Grippersoft Digital’s activity, then Grippersoft Digital will compensate the Client accordingly.
